jl163's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl163 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl163's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification.
You may request to close your jl163 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, jl163 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
jl163 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl163 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jl163 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
